  XL K9 Coach transformed my rowdy Cane Corso, (Bane), into an obedient superstar! Our trainer Xavier was and still is incredible, using positive reinforcement that made training exciting and effective. Bane learned commands quickly, and our bond grew stronger then ever. The facilities are immaculate, perfect for training and socializing. This locally own business genuinely cares and their expertise shines through in every session. Bane now behaves amazingly on walks and interacts positively with other dogs and people. XL K9 is simply the best! If you want outstanding results and a happy, obedient, well-trained dog, look no further. I honestly couldn't be more happy with the results. Highly recommend!

  Xavier and Love are hands down the best trainers who not only want to help your dog, but also you! They truly care about the animals and owners alike. I started taking my Australian Shepherd to them in the fall of 2022 for private lessons for leash training and my dog’s overall high energy and anxiety. Xavier made it very easy to understand how to work with my dog (Cooper) and how to be consistent. He was doing amazing and in early 2023 he did a 3 week board and stay to get on the E-collar and then stayed with Xavier multiple times after due to my work trips. He is a completely different dog who obeys commands and understands respect. I am so thankful for them transforming my dog into what he is now and I will be forever grateful for them and all of their hard work. They are very well priced and understand budgets- they will not push anything on you. Amazing people and I 10/10 recommend for anyone looking for dog training!!

  Xavier and Love are incredibly experienced dog trainers. They have helped us train and connect with our 1 year old pitbull. It’s important to note that the training they provide ranges from beginner to advanced obedience & protection training so whatever category you and your dog fall under it will easily be one of the best investments you make. If you’re looking for experienced, knowledgable, & caring trainers this is definitely the place for you! So so thankful for the training and guidance we have received.

  Update 9/12/21 - Malu continues to train with Von Lotus Haus and the follow up 1on1s are so key. Malu is still an amazingly trained GSD, the follow ups are great to help me remained disciplined in how to guide her and bring out her potential. ••• After Malu came home on after her initial three weeks with boarding @vonlotushausdogs . I saw a huge difference in her fundamentals. • If you are looking for dog training check out Xavier and Von Lotus Haus Dogs. His process is focused on learning the dog’s motivation trigger and then focusing on using that to motivate them to enjoy the work/training. He had a great personality and breaks down the why behind his method in a way that is easy to understand to continue with your dog long after the come home. Highly recommended.

  Xavier is the best trainer that I have worked with when It comes to both of my dogs. I have gone to his group class , board and train, and private lessons. He has not only did what he said but went above and beyond for both of my dogs! He's always available when I have a question or have a concern. He also has so many different trainings that will fit the need of most dogs!
