When I questioned the 7:00 PM closing time listed online, the manager/supervisor was confrontational and rude, justifying the early closure by saying the staff had worked "over 10 hours." It is completely unacceptable for a corporate franchise, such as Petco, to close its doors during business hours just because the staff is tired—especially when customers have already paid for items and rely on these services. If this was a small, family-owned business, I would completely understand. Not Petco. The disrespect we received from the woman who I assume was the supervisor was unacceptable and unprofessional. I’ve reported this to corporate, but I'd recommend shopping online to avoid the headache.
