We had an event we were holding for the community and we purchased Beta fish for prizes to give away. Employee suggested a possible donation or lower price to purchase other Beta fishes that were there and marked down 75% off just to give them homes but the manager would not allow anything less than the markdown or even a possible donation at the expense of the fishes lives. Employee showed more care about the well-being of the fish rather than the bottom line of a profit?

I tried to find something for my dogs only to just grab something because your store is stocked with so many different brands. While walking up to check out I saw a particular beef with pumpkin kibble and liked what i was reading however it was on the online pick up rack. I inquired about it with the cashier and she immediately checked stock and found there were 2 more bags in stock and proceeded to get it for me instead of me getting out of a long line behind me. Checkout was fast and i really appreciated that extra and amazing attitude that she gave me. Will definitely be back to the store again.
