Hello,
I just called your phone number, and the woman who answered was very aggressive and rude during the conversation. While I was trying to ask about speaking with my doctor, she was dismissive, told me that the doctor was not available and that the manager was also not available, and then hung up on me.
I find this behavior completely inappropriate and unprofessional, especially for a business that provides care for patients and animals. I am very concerned about the way your office handles communication and customer service.
At this point, I believe this situation may need to be escalated to the Hawaii licensing department so they can review how your business operates and how patients and pet owners are being treated.
I would appreciate a prompt response regarding this matter.

I have taken my large dogs to several vetinarians, but none so caring, knowledgeable, and professional as Dr. Wallace and the entire staff at Hawaii Kai Vetco Total Care Animal Hospital.

This was my 2nd Emergency visit with Dr. Wallace. Happy she squeezed me in. Very knowledgeable. My Kitty loves her!

We are disappointed by the limited availability of Vets and service. It shouldn’t take a week to fill a prescription. Also, if you close between 1 and 2 every day, why don’t you post it on your website!!!!
Dr.Wallace was compassionate to my cat and was informative and understanding with us.
