  Petco is carrying very good high end dog food. As i do the research freeze dried is one of the best plus low temperature of kibble. The specific brands, not the common ones like purina, royal canin in the freeze dried arena are excellent. No toxins

  Your online ad promised 20% off SITEWIDE with the very next page advertising fancy feast cat food that I’d ordered before to entice me to order. But when I tried to check out, the offer was refused. I hold that to be an inappropriate case of ‘bait and deny’ which is not far from a legally actionable “bait and switch” (at least in this state).

  Not very friendly but was able to make a sale with poor customer service. Although the cashier was nice and informative some things were unnecessary at time of check out. Felt rushed for the money spent at PETCO it’s not cheap!!!! Expect better customer service and Aloha for people whom are trying to do their best to provide adequate care for their pets. Will look to get fish somewhere else.

  Petco is great, they always have what I'm looking for. But my one complaint is why can't you just give us the online price automatically instead of us having to look it up online, holding up the line and people are waiting for you. Wouldn't it be easier if the customer just says online price please. Then the cashiers have a button that they push and it just automatically puts the online price?
