She is absolutely the best for Reiko, Ruby, Mochi and Yuki. Very thorough and detailed. Some other groomers appear to be grouchy although Jessica always greets the dogs with a big smile and warm welcome making them secure away from Mommie. Petco could use additional assistance at the checkout stand as wait times are super long as well as employees that do indeed smile. Some other employees appear to be doing their jobs grudgingly.. Smiles and a welcome to Petco will go a long way!!
