When we arrived, there was about a 10-minute wait to check in since they only allow one dog in the room at a time, which I actually appreciated for safety and comfort. Once we met Stacy, she was incredibly friendly and kind. My dog can get nervous and anxious around new people, but Stacy was so gentle and patient that my dog relaxed pretty quickly. Stacy let us know it would take a couple of hours and promised to text when she was done. It ended up taking about an hour and 45 minutes. When we picked her up, our dog looked adorable with a little Halloween bandana and was wagging her tail, clearly happy and comfortable. Stacy also kept us updated on how she was doing throughout the appointment, which made the whole experience stress-free. The service was about $80 and included a bath, teeth brushing, ear cleaning, nail trimming, and paw balm. Definitely worth it for the quality and care we received. Highly recommend Stacy if your dog tends to be anxious or shy. She really knows how to make dogs feel safe and loved.
