- RLRoberta LimMay 13, 20195.0Dr. Chang is very thorough and uses as much time as needed to explain what’s going on with your pet and foremost, offers options and steps forward. I feel very confident with his medical advice and explanations. The hospital is extremely clean and staff are efficient and friendly. I wouldn’t take my pet anywhere else.
