You failed to tell me exactly what was wrong with my dog, then finally admitted there was a miscommunication by yourvet but were happy for our puppy to potentially lose an eye as you couldn't be bothered to even assist with the costs We had to pay as our insurance wouldn't and all you could say was you hope she was OK. Luckily enough we could just afford it but has caused us some issues. Hope your shareholder's are happy as clearly animals are not your first priority.
