Yesterday Rachel, Katie at Irby vets dealt with the end of life care for our 17 and a half year old cairn terrier KT after we had to make the inevitable decision whilst on holiday at the Wirral where we love and holds a place on our hearts. Rachel and Katie dealt with our KT with respect and gentleness with KT's needs first and foremost. Thank you Mr and Mrs Clemmett from Shropshire

Friendly, helpful and very personal vets. My dog came here for a second opinion, they did everything they could to get him into the emergency slot for the hospital. Even in the unfortunate scenario of euthanasia, they were very professional and understanding. We were very grateful for the card after the event. Just small things to show they care.

Very friendly and explain things well. You don't get railroaded into unnecessary expensive treatments.
