- RHRebecca HainesMar 15, 20261.0DO NOT USE!!! I would not even give these a one star. My dog went in for a groom which cost £50. 2 days later I came home to find blood all over my carpet and my dogs back end swollen and covered in blood. I couldn't work out where it was coming from. I immediately rushed her to the vets to be informed that she had an abscess on her anal glad cause by the groomers using dirty clippers/scissors, passing on the bacteria from another dog to mine. I was so shocked to her that clean tools are not used on each dog. With a bill for emergency consultation, pain killers and antibiotics and told this may not clear it up so to be prepared for further treatment is disgraceful!!! It was so upsetting and to watch her be so uncomfortable is horrible. There is NO WAY I would recommend you take your dog here and mine certainly won't be going back!!!

Not good when I wanted to book both my dogs in for full treatments. There loss I will find someone else.
