I took my dog here for around two years with the same ongoing ear problem. Despite multiple appointments and seeing several different vets, there never seemed to be any proper investigation into what was actually causing it, and nothing was done that stopped the problem from repeatedly coming back.
Sadly, my dog was left in pain and discomfort for much of that time. We kept bringing him back because the problem wasn’t improving, but we were repeatedly given advice on how to manage and treat it at home that our new vets have since confirmed was actually the wrong thing to be doing for his condition.
This week I finally changed vets and took him to another practice in Malvern. They investigated the problem straight away, diagnosed what was wrong, explained why the previous approach wasn’t appropriate, and have already put him on the correct treatment plan, all within the space of a few days.
It is incredibly upsetting to think that my dog has suffered with this for two years when another vet was able to properly investigate, diagnose and start treating the problem within days.
After two years, multiple appointments and seeing multiple vets at this practice, I’m extremely disappointed that this wasn’t investigated properly much sooner.
I would not recommend this vets at all. There are much better options in Malvern.

The staff , especially Abbey and Jess went above and beyond to help rescue a 2 week old kitten who had been found outside.
Abbey bottle fed the kitten until her mother could be located and she could be reunited with her the following day.
Thanks to their efforts mother and her kitten were successfully rescued.
They went out of their way to find a rescue center for them which I know was difficult as most of the rescue centers are full.
A very caring, professional and dedicated team.
Highly recommended.
Thankyou

My wife Vivian took our little dog Holly into the vets on Wednesday afternoon and saw Sarah, Vivian was so happy with how Sarah handled Holly, who can be tricky at the vet, and also how she answered all her questions and gave great advice. A great asset to the Vets
