Multiple problems with the store have no regards for animals at alll didnt get the full order then proceed to blame the customers for loosing items we were there all the time but they have lost a loyal customer all there products are faulty as well bought kong ball broke in two minutes some of the staff there attitude stinks stay well away only use the vets cant fault the vets there amazing the store on other hand absolutely disgraceful DO NOT BOTHER BUYING ANYTHING FROM HERE

I recently had my dog castrated by vets 4 pets Evesham. The reception,the nurses and vets were absolutely amazing. They really made the whole experience less stressful and would definitely recommend and use them again.
I also went to see the Groomroom with the intention of giving my dog a pamper session when fully recovered. The blonde lady in the groom room was so rude. She barely looked up to say hello and totally ignored my presence. I asked her if she could help me and her response was a grunt... Unfortunately she lost you a star on this review
If she treats humans like this then I dread to think how she treats the dogs!!!!!!
