We took my Parrotlet to see Maria today and she was just great with him , very knowledgeable ,asking all the right questions and reassuring me we are taking good care of him. I was also very pleased with the overall process of getting registered and arranging/ availability of appointments. Thankyou!

The staff were fantastic at communicating and took the time to clearly explain the tests, what they were looking for, and the results afterwards. Their reassurance and clear explanations made what could have been a worrying experience feel much easier. I’m so grateful for the care and attention they gave my cat.
