The staff were fantastic at communicating and took the time to clearly explain the tests, what they were looking for, and the results afterwards. Their reassurance and clear explanations made what could have been a worrying experience feel much easier. I’m so grateful for the care and attention they gave my cat. It’s clear that the whole team genuinely cares about the animals they look after. Thank you so much for making sure he was in such good hands. Highly recommended! 🐾❤️
