I am extremely disappointed with the service I received.
A veterinary examination was carried out on my horse when only my 14-year-old daughter was present, and I was subsequently charged £185 for a consultation that I neither attended nor authorised. When I raised my concerns, I was met with an unprofessional and dismissive attitude, and my call was abruptly terminated.
In addition, my horse was repeatedly misdiagnosed, resulting in unnecessary stress, delays in receiving appropriate treatment, and significant expense.
I found the practice to be more focused on generating additional fees than providing quality veterinary care. The lack of communication, professionalism, and customer service has been shocking.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this practice and would strongly advise others to seek a second opinion if they have concerns about their horse’s diagnosis or treatment.
