Had a positive experience today in Pets at Home Maidenhead. I'd like to thank Luke again who was very helpful and professional. He gave advice and helped order something for me online and I appreciated his strong communication skills. Overall I like Pets at Home I just didn't give 5 stars because I think the prices are a bit expensive for some things compared to some other places.

Tried selling me a subscription for cat flea treatment. Said I can’t buy the individual ones unless it’s subscription but were happy to sell me the multi packs at extortionate prices compared to amazon. So why can you sell the multi packs without but for an individual one have to buy into a monthly subscription.
