One star, I’m not sure if this is the right pet at home, but it is wouldn’t sell a hamster because my cat ate my other one trying to be a normal cat and you wouldn’t serve us

Very clean and well laid out store. Very helpful and friendly staff. Lots of parking, including disabled bays by the door. Well stocked and prices are competitive with good offers.
Unfortunately they didn't stock the item I wanted, but this is a store I'd visit again. Very impressive with kind staff.

Won't go back was interested in buying a hamster and she drops her guard and drops it infront of me. Supposed to be good at what they do but she didn't seem to know how to handle the situation. I got my hamster from someone who doesn't drop them and make them scared of being handled.
