  I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the team at the veterinary practice for the kindness, compassion, and professionalism they showed when we had to say goodbye to our beloved rabbit, Capucino. Making the decision to put a much-loved pet to sleep is incredibly difficult, but the staff were so caring and understanding throughout the entire process. They treated Capucino with dignity and gentleness and gave us the time and support we needed during such an emotional moment. Their empathy and genuine concern made a heartbreaking experience a little easier to bear, and we are very grateful for the respect and kindness they showed both to Capucino and to our family. Thank you for helping Capucino pass peacefully. We will never forget your compassion and care.

  Had cats up last week and the male vet I seen was brilliant and a cat person made them feel at ease and lots of attention
