Been coming here for years I buy from here to support pet shops rather than supermarkets however I was rudely approached by a member of staff and told me to empty my bag while shopping ? Same bag I have used to shop here for 5+ years never seen these staff members before. I looked at her in complete confusion, paid and never plan to come here again, used my pet club card for the last time too. Even heard her say as I was walking away “he’s going towards the tills now” like I’m some major thief they have caught ? Cringing at the thought of it. I’ll go to supermarkets from now on. If you don’t want us to use shopping bags for shopping how about you have some baskets or ask if it’s ok if I don’t put items in shopping bag rather then say empty your bag please ? Not even a hello or excuse me first? No decency.

Ordered some pre and pro biotic on 28.05 to be delivered to store. I was told I’d receive an email when they were ready to be collected. Heard nothing so I went into the store, only to be told they haven’t arrived and they can’t even find the order. Had to have a refund, no alternative. Chris, who dealt with my enquiry and the refund, Is quite rude and obnoxious! It goes without saying, I’ll stick to an independent supplier next time and not a corporation who don’t deserve the business.
