  Very helpful and put me at ease about my dog. Always able to see a vet quickly. Everyone there is very friendly.

  They left my dog in a plastic flimsy tent that was see-through but creased and would have been like looking out through wavy frosted glass, that supposedly gave her oxygen but that stank of vomit. They left her there all alone, no one was watching her. They persuaded me to put her down when she actually probably would have been fine after telling me if I wanted her to stay overnight I wouldn't be allowed to wait in the waiting room to see if she was ok. I lived far away without a car so I didn't know what to do. Then the final bill came for £1200 when she had only been there an hour in that stinking crate without anyone supervising her and they killed her anyway. I had paid £500 before I left without my poor dog and without knowing the "final bill", and they have been hounding me with debt collectors for the remaining amount ever since. They are threatening me with court now if I don't pay them the balance - balance for what??! I could have bought my own oxygen generator for less - they were using a cheap one you can buy online, they didn't even open one of the nice built-in ones that they have there for her, just put her in a flimsy plastic tent on the floor and left her there all alone. No one was watching so I was able to sneak back there and see her and no one was in the room with her. She was never left alone her whole life. Maybe the nice oxygen boxes that are built-in are just for show? I should have taken her home and she wouldn't have been left alone and it wouldn't have stunk of vomit and she'd probably still be alive because it was probably the stress of being left alone that made her hyperventilate bc she calmed down when they gave her back to me and was eating biscuits happily, but the vet said I should put her down and that I couldn't sit in the waiting room to see if she was ok if I wanted her to stay any longer and I had to make a decision. Criminal scare tactics and money gouging. Don't take your pets there, especially not out of hours. They enjoy killing animals and abusing their owners.

  I had to visit as an emergency with my older lab on a Sunday, away from home, and I cannot praise this practice enough. So kind, thoughtful and professional and also transparent and reasonable about treatment and pricing. Absolutely excellent service

  The vet l saw was really good with our terrier , she took the time to read the dogs notes and was patient with him
