I had a very disappointing experience at this pet shop. When I first visited, a staff member told me to download the app and complete the required steps, which I did. She then asked if I was going straight home with the fish. I explained that I had about a one-hour delay before going home. She said that was fine and told me to come back after an hour.
When I returned, a different staff member served me. She asked me several questions again, which I answered. After scanning my app, she told me that I was banned from purchasing fish for the rest of the day and that they could not sell me any fish.
I explained that I had been there an hour earlier and that another member of staff had advised me to return after an hour. However, the staff member said there was nothing she could do.
I found the communication between staff members to be poor and felt that my time had been wasted. If there were restrictions on purchasing fish that day, I should have been informed during my first visit. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing customer experience.

Excellent experience with Mo at Pets at Home (Vets). He was incredibly thorough, professional, and took great care assessing our dog. He explained everything clearly, reassured us throughout. You can tell he genuinely cares about the animals he treats. Highly recommend!
