- MBMike bbJan 31, 20221.0Whist emotional due to ill pet (this is a vets), reception team and vet very good. Practice manager was aggressive and lacked any empathy. A very negative experience. Next visit may be to consider pet being put to sleep due to possible cancer diagnosis, and would not want to encounter member of staff in future. I feel upset and am surprised by the treatment I received. Will review alternatives.
