This team is awesome. I have had a puppy since July, before even seeing him they were amazing at providing advice for his injections and getting us all signed up. I joined the health care club which has been brilliant. We've been in a number of times for injections, weigh ins for worming, check ups and every time, we are met with a lovely kind reception team and lovely vets and nurses. They've been so welcoming and have treated us so well. We had an incident where my puppy ate some dropped leek, I quickly looked it up to see that it was dangerous, called them, they recommended he come in to be made sick - this was all end of day and they got us in straight away, did the deed and looked after him so well. Even a few days later I had a question about his gum colour, and within an hour one of their vets checked my photo and responded. So I can conclude that from general appointments through to emergencies, this team is the best! Big thanks. We're so lucky to have you!

I can not thank the staff at Macqueens enough. It's been an incredibly stressful and worrying week with my cat needing to be hospitalised. An extra big thank you to Kit and Mario who got to the bottom of what was going on and responded quickly to ensure Charlie had the appropriate treatment, and to Becki and all vets who cared for him whilst he was in. The ward nurses were amazing at creating a space that was as comfortable and calm as possible! And the receptionists were all so lovely too!! The care, love and compassion Charlie and I were given is first class. I am so happy to have my boy back home safely. Thank you!!!
