The care and compassion from every single person we have interacted with has been outstanding from the very first call answered by reception to all of the nurses and surgeons we have seen over the years. Their quick actions (in particular Jenny) without a doubt saved one of our dogs last year and Victoria is so committed to solving our other dogs ongoing ear issues with regular calls and check ups. I have even taken in wildlife recently and been kept updated via telephone call and you can just hear in every conversation that they are so passionate about animals. We have been to other vet surgeries and can honestly say we haven’t experienced this same level of friendliness!

His personal care, the extra mile he takes and the care and consideration he gives to dogs and owners is second to none. The extra mile, he goes is more like an extra millennium and from the moment we first met him, to the moment he put my special boy to sleep, I felt the utmost trust, respect and admiration for his knowledge, care and effort. He had a lot of medical challenges, and Carl never stopped trying to find an answer! There are not enough words for how grateful I am for the care he gave. He went above and beyond and I could never thank him enough 😇
