- BFBethany FionaMay 9, 20263.0They do a good bath but never cut my dogs nails properly or sometimes skip it altogether as she is ‘too nervous’ (i cant do it myself as i have arthritis). Think extra training is required.

The service was unsatisfactory, it was as if the staff hated dogs, they didn’t seem to like her at all! She still has the same matts in her fur as she did before, I wish I’d never taken my dog. It not only upset her, it was a waste of money.

If you don’t collect your dog at the agreed collection time, there'll be an additional charge of £5 for every 30 minutes we hold your dog after the collection time stated on the grooming contract.
