- MHMary HeathFeb 18, 20262.0Have 2 puppies. Pets at home are the cheapest for their food on their easy repeat service. But the shortest repeat is 2 weeks. We've run out like only 2/3 days prior to the next pick up, so ive had to cancel the subscription and set up again to get it that day. Crazy. I was near pets at home and we were 3 days away from pick up and was nearly running out So asked if I can grab it early. Young lady said yes we'll be able to sort that and to go get the food from back of store. Carried it all the way to the till to be met by another member of staff to be told no I couldn't do that and I'd have to just buy it normally. So I'd of had to go on my app, cancel the subscription and restart it again to have got it that day at the cheaper rate. I didn't I just walked out in disbelief without buying anything.
