To all pet owners, please do take note of these poor reviews before taking your beloved pet to this practice. I have had a terrible experience which I am escalating further. These vets take no accountability for their actions and disregard owners geniue concerns.

Took my dog here and I have to say the service my pet received was totally unprofessional the staff misdiagnosed my pet on multiple occasions
They only employ people that have just come out of university with no senior vet to help them if you care about your pet I would not recommend this place as they only care about money and not your pet
Ended up taking my dog to 608 vets and they are the best vets that care about your pet and go above and beyond unlike this place

Due to my dog being miss diagnosed and terrible decision to put hin under anesthetic whilst he couldn't breathe properly and forcing a tube down hes throat because it would not go in, lead to my dog passing away. I have made a formal complaint and requested all medical documents and will be going to the rcvs to take matters further. For those of you or have experienced malpractice i would advise you to do the same, this animal cruelty has to stop. You have 6 years to file a complaint from the date of your experience. Come on people lets put a stop to these people who only care about money and not your pet. The vets i am holding responsible are harry spruce for misdiagnosed illness and not providing antibiotics, karla krajcar for promising he was fit enough to go under and saying some vets here are cheeky but its ok you have my mentor he's a brilliant vet , but ended up with a less experienced one and most of all hannah pegram for her part in carrying out the procedure badly and putting my pet through pain an distress unnecessarily. See trustpilot reviews of all your vets , all branches its shocking

My Shih Tzu Teddy has now visited the out of hours team three times, and on every single occasion we’ve felt completely reassured and well looked after.
I’ve seen there are quite a few negative reviews, but honestly, I can’t understand why. Our experience has been nothing but positive each time we’ve needed them.
Most recently he had to stay in for 48 hours, which is never easy, but the team were absolutely brilliant. We received regular updates along with photos, which really helped put our minds at ease while he was away from home. They also process our insurance claims directly, which made everything so much easier for us.
Everyone we’ve encountered has been so kind, caring and professional, it’s clear how much they genuinely care about the animals they look after.
We’re very grateful for everything you’ve done for Teddy. A truly lovely team that we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
