Terrible. Took my cat out of hrs with a sever abrasion to her leg we could see the bone. The lady was very rude when I was concerned about the 3k figure given too me with out even looking at Sox. When we asked is anything you can do she replied euthanasia or pain relief is all I’ll do. Then told us she don’t get paid enough for this maccies gets more money. Sent us home sox bleading and distressed and soiling herself. Terrible behaviour it’s an animal but no care or consideration was given. A very stressful situation was made worse.DO NOT TAKE YOU ANIMAL HERE GO TO BLASÉ IN REDNAL THERE BRILLIANT

I bought my cat into the out of hours with breathing difficulties, limp body and dribbling from the mouth, we were in there no longer than 10 minutes to be told they couldn't see anything wrong and gave her an anti sickness injection for the grand total of £232. After taking a day off work cause I knew something wasn't right my cats condition worsened I phoned the vets and was told it was a side affect from the anti sickness and to monitor her but if I took her back up we would be charged our of hours fees again. I got to around 11am and phoned Sheldon YourVets and took her straight up, she was then put straight onto oxygen and was having multiple tests done. She ended up back at Solihull for overnight care which I cannot fault as she was looked after and it was found my cat had aspirational pneumonia, if I didn't take my cat to Sheldon when I did she wouldn't have made it. I complained to Solihull about the initial out of hours appointment and asked for a refund to which they refused as they feel my cat was checked over thoroughly and that she had been checked over by 5 members of staff. When I asked for notes or CCTV footage of this they couldn't provide me with any and was told we refused further blood test in the morning appointment even though the vet advised against it. I didn't get my full money back from the insurance claim and I'm still very angry about the way my cat was handled in the out of hours care.

To all pet owners, please do take note of these poor reviews before taking your beloved pet to this practice. I have had a terrible experience which I am escalating further. These vets take no accountability for their actions and disregard owners geniue concerns.

Took my dog here and I have to say the service my pet received was totally unprofessional the staff misdiagnosed my pet on multiple occasions
They only employ people that have just come out of university with no senior vet to help them if you care about your pet I would not recommend this place as they only care about money and not your pet
Ended up taking my dog to 608 vets and they are the best vets that care about your pet and go above and beyond unlike this place
