  Take your pet to 608 vet instead, you book for a certain vet and mostly end up seeing another vet when they know you have a nervous dog and need to keep it to the same vet . When I took my dog to an emergency vet on a Saturday morning, they was more concerned about getting £500 to leave her there when she was very ill. It cost me £1500 to give her fluids and a blood test and she came home the same day.

  Easy to book online and loads of parking. I read a fair few bad reviews, but the staff here are really friendly and helpful, and I am definitely keeping this as my main vet. ​The only downside is that they can't do the animal health certificate for travel, but they can give all the vaccinations, etc. My dog had an ear infection, which was diagnosed properly and is slowly clearing up :)

  Yesterday at 12:30 I took a stray cat to get its microchip scanned, see if its a lost pet. He is a lost pet, but they completely *refused* to call the owners??? Said "oh he lives near where you took him from, just plop him back there and he'll go home." He did not go back home. In fact, he's been missing for 2 weeks exactly today. The owners recently changed addresses, and all of this could have been resolved if the receptionists followed protocol in the first place!!!! We took him again today, at 8 pm, bc while we've found the owners, we haven't been able to establish contact yet. Now, i am now aware this isn't something out of hours do, but my god the woman at the reception was one of the most utterly despicable people ive had the displeasure of meeting and i dont care if she reads this. In fact, if you do read this, i dont care if you find it funny because being uncaring is "cool" now or you're just completely detached from any human emotion. You are a horrible person. When i told her "well i can't drop him back from where i took him from, hes only got 4 teeth, hes dehydrated and malnurished, and the area is full of foxes!!" she looked me in the eyes and said "so? just leave him there." ??????? Oh and one final thing. The women from yesterday took a little scanner from behind the reception to see his chil number, then just added that into a database on the computer. This evening the woman said that's not how it works, that she'd have to call some number to get the details from those people etc etc. So, someone is lying. Which one ia doing the lying and why?

  I just want to recommend for billionaires. Money can’t buy animals life, charging £200+ minimum like an entry. Asking to pay for vaccination without any medical conditions. You must change your policy and love all the animals.
