I just want to recommend for billionaires. Money can’t buy animals life, charging £200+ minimum like an entry. Asking to pay for vaccination without any medical conditions. You must change your policy and love all the animals.

Took my cat in at 3am, paid £207 for a consultation alone and the lady didn’t even know what she was saying. She even said it herself she doesn’t know what to do. How very helpful lol. Maybe get some qualifications before you become a veterinarian😂😂😂

I want to thank everyone for caring for our cat Minnie when she was stressed and stopped eating over the weekend. The care she received was excellent and I really appreciate how communicative the vet staff was though it was out of hours and how honest they were. They didn’t upsell services—in fact they told us she would be less anxious at home and the bill was a lot less than the estimate. I am sincerely grateful. Also please get pet insurance. We had Tesco pet and they paid for 80% of the bill. She is doing much better after rehydration and stress relief.

I bought my cat into the out of hours with breathing difficulties, limp body and dribbling from the mouth, we were in there no longer than 10 minutes to be told they couldn't see anything wrong and gave her an anti sickness injection for the grand total of £232. After taking a day off work cause I knew something wasn't right my cats condition worsened I phoned the vets and was told it was a side affect from the anti sickness and to monitor her but if I took her back up we would be charged our of hours fees again. I got to around 11am and phoned Sheldon YourVets and took her straight up, she was then put straight onto oxygen and was having multiple tests done. She ended up back at Solihull for overnight care which I cannot fault as she was looked after and it was found my cat had aspirational pneumonia, if I didn't take my cat to Sheldon when I did she wouldn't have made it. I complained to Solihull about the initial out of hours appointment and asked for a refund to which they refused as they feel my cat was checked over thoroughly and that she had been checked over by 5 members of staff. When I asked for notes or CCTV footage of this they couldn't provide me with any and was told we refused further blood test in the morning appointment even though the vet advised against it. I didn't get my full money back from the insurance claim and I'm still very angry about the way my cat was handled in the out of hours care.
