- DFDaryl FitzpatrickMay 24, 20255.0We had an emergency on the night of 23rd May '25 with our puppy IG. The nurse on reception couldn't have been more friendly, helpful or accommodating. The vet was also very kind and understanding, especially when explaining treatment options and potential costs. There was no pressure selling of the more expensive options. The final costs were fair and reasonable, and I wouldn't hesitate to go back if we needed out of hours care in the future.
- KDKaz DhillonNov 12, 20235.0Had a great experience here! My dog had two emergencies over the past weekend (Friday at midnight and Sunday morning). The staff were incredible both times. Everyone was patient and helpful when helping my dog and they were great in keeping me informed as well as answering questions. The pricing was reasonable and fair especially considering the out of hours fees. The final cost for the operation my dog needed wasn’t too much higher than the estimate from my regular vet for the same operation. 100% trust them to take of any pet emergencies in the future (but hoping there aren’t anymore of them)!

They were fantastic and looked after her very well, keeping us regularly updated on her progress, all the staff were very friendly, and thankfully she's recovered fully. MiNight were also very efficient with the resulting insurance claim, quickly sorting out a minor omission after we spoke to them.

Sadly just had to put one of them down - we couldn't be more devastated but the vet was very professional and had only her best intentions at heart when discussing all the options. Obviously it's hideously expensive, but it's an out of hours service... otherwise we've had nothing but a professional experience with them.
