- NHNaomi HedgesApr 5, 20261.0Had my two dachshunds groomed here recently and was truly gutted with how they have come out! Was told to come back in an hour which I thought was reasonable timing for what we paid and within half an hour I was texted to say they were both ready! Although they smelled nice they had absolutely butchered their nails, some had been clipped far too short and some hadn’t even been touched! It was their first ever groom and we communicated that but no feedback given as to how they were during it etc for 28 quid each it was not worth the money. Will not be returning!

Didn't catch the 2 girls names, but they were both lovely, friendly and Dexter was very happy when I returned. Thanks girls you both did a great job with our Springy Springer! See you soon 😊
- CJCape JaxOct 3, 20221.0Really disappointed with my two cocker spaniels frooming session today. Our little pups were growing beautiful tuffs of hair on top of their heads but they decided to take the scissors to them. They now both look really scruffy and unkept I know their hair will grow back but im really not impressed and will not return.

If you don’t collect your dog at the agreed collection time, there'll be an additional charge of £5 for every 30 minutes we hold your dog after the collection time stated on the grooming contract.
