- RRrebecca3 days ago1.0The timothy hay from here is disgusting. While filling my rabbits cage with hay for them to eat, i found a bird feather straight out the bag. I have also found massive chunks of string in bags.

A very unpleasant experience to be spoken to like that while purchasing from their shop! I’d put it down to the young lady not having received the basic training that covers not being rude to customer spending money. They have a captive market so they don’t need to be courteous, but still I’ll look for an alternative.
