  My 16 year old diabetic cat was seen last night as he was limp and couldn’t stand on his back legs. He was seen straight away and tests done immediately and he was diagnosed with having a diabetic hypo. He had to stay in the hospital overnight and everything was explained to me. Luckily with intensive care they provided and with a quick diagnosis he was well enough to come home today. I can’t thank you all enough and I’m so grateful for the service you provided. You guys were absolutely amazing!

  The team that work here are incredible. Despite the fact they are dealing with worried, stressed and emotional animal parents 24/7 they are still so calm and understanding, My cat had a suspected stoke and over the last 24 hours Beverly and Lydia have given me wise advice, been super caring and taken time to reassure me when i have called just to check a symptom and generally been a slight neurotic cat mum. I have been to other emergency vet’s over the years and they have most have felt cold and sterile. These guys are the exception and made me feel like they’ genuinely cared, Yes you pay more for an out of hours service but when someone is there at 3am when your pet is really ill and you need help, I think it’s a small price to pay.

  The team here were brilliant to us when we had to bring our cat in late one night for a bee sting. Reception staff were very kind, as were the vets and nurses. Vet was very clear with info and thorough. Out of hours fee is expensive, but I would pay any fee for my cat. Very grateful 🙏

  Well sorry I cant be as positive , my dear friend lost her precious dog a few weeks ago, she heard nothing atall since, last night she got a phone call from this vets asking why the the outstanding balance hadnt been paid!!! and was told it was "your responsibility " and the balance would be going to a debt company tomorrow, when she questioned why she hadn't received the bill! I am livid, my friend and her husband are devastated over their sad loss, the last thing they need is a phone call asking for money, maybe a sympathy card with a precious paw print would of done the job, very very disappointed
