Lovely staff and good shelf products, however I have given 2 stars because depending on who you talk to about the fish section you get mixed information and help. I went in to ask for some male guppies to join my already male guppy tank, I slowly introduced them as directed 2 ended up dying and 1 was a female who I didn't realise until 4 days after getting them who is probably pregnant and I'm now having to surrender her to a different professional aquatics. I would say don't buy fish there unless you're more of an expert than the majority of staff because advice isn't always good. If they can't tell the difference between male and female fish I won't go back there again. And unlike m, keep your receipts I lost mine and paid the consequences wasting my money 🙄

Wow, I am shocked at this place. Came to get some fish and noticed they have assassin snails in with other snails, when I said is that right as you have snails that eat each other the lady hadn't got a clue. The guy at the till was so rude when I said hi he said nothing I said you ok I get an abrupt yes just getting up what you have got. Won't be coming back. It says every where in the store that they care about pets but clearly not at this pets at home.
