However I experienced a very rude response from a receptionist this morning. I was called on Monday but I am not allowed to use my phone during working hours. I promptly called back this morning to be informed that I owe 52 pounds for my lovely staffies ongoing heart medication that I was unaware was outstanding and had been deducted from my pet insurance. I was informed that three letters have been sent to my home address none of which I have received. Also that emails had been sent to me none of which are present in my inbox. I love my pet I would never risk not being able to get ongoing medication for him that keeps him alive. I was also informed that further action is being taken against me regarding this payment but that I could pay over the phone 5 minutes before I was to start work. Also if attempts to contact me via letter or email had not been successful why did the practice not ring me directly I contacted them back in less than 24 hours not happy.
