Absolutely disgusting Customer service we went there on Saturday and we were interested in a hamster the girl was straight away rude and just said “do you have a cage” in such a rude tone not helpful with anything just rude and arrogant she made my little cousin cry as she said we couldn’t get the hamster. I understand that her mom wasn’t with us and apparently that’s the law to have an adult with her but I’m literally 20 years old so I didn’t get what she meant she could of said it in a nice way and explained better to us but she was just so rude I will not be returning to this store
