Feeling worried about my pet, I decided to walk in, only to be met with a rude receptionist. She immediately told me I’d be charged £100 for just a consultation because I didn’t make an appointment despite the fact that I had tried calling multiple times. When I explained this, she did apologize, but it felt insincere, and there was no real empathy or understanding. It’s clear this place cares more about money than the well-being of animals. If you love your pet, I would recommend avoiding this unprofessional, uncaring practice.

This is further highlighted by charging £3 for a Royal Canin ‘Gastrointestinal’ cat food pouch that costs £1.60 at JustForPets, and adding items like £3.58 for cat litter onto a £2,000 veterinary bill.
