- ARAnn Robertson6 days ago1.0I agree with previous comments—it's all about money for them. Their mistake led to me canceling a direct debit, as they continued to take payments for my deceased pet, which they are now failing to deal with apart from demanding full payment and making threats. Communication is appalling when the customer has an issue.

Melbourne vets broke the news to us in the most professional way and with so much respect and compassion and that’s made or terrible experience so much easier and this is a review to thank you for you professionalism and gratitude towards us all and thank you for letting us be able to say goodbye in such a pleasant and loving environment we really appreciate it. RIP Bella ❤️

Recently had to get my older one reviewed as she was unwell. The vet was thorough and caring. She gave multiple suitable options for treatment depending upon budget. Definitely happy my fur babies are well looked after here. Been back today with the other fur baby who's got into a fight and lost. Vet was brilliant, really caring and gentle with simba. Very happy and def recommend!
