  AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The ladies here will assume not smiling as being in their words "abusive, aggressive and swearing". That's right! A few weeks ago after competing a night shift I took my dog Jasmine to have her 15th groom with them. Unfortunately I made a mistake and only booked a "bath and brush". Annoyed with myself and hugely tired I asked them abruptly "can you fit in a groom?" They didn't answer my question but instead just repeated "but you've only booked a bath & brush". Again it repeated "but can you fit in a groom" yet again they didn't answer and said "you have only booked a bath & brush". A third time I had to ask and they eventually said no, I immediately turned and walked out. I soon returned and asked for my deposit back which fortunately they gave back. Fast forward to this week and I made the correct booking, again off the back of a night shift I came and was told I am no longer welcome here because I was "abusive, aggressive and swearing". Absolutely gobsmacked with these bare-faced lies I demanded to speak to a manager, I was asked to wait outside and she'd be here in a minute. 15 minutes later she turned up and agreed completely with the lies of the other staff saying she was there that day. I didn't see her so I assume she was in the back. Surely if someone was being "abusive, aggressive and swearing" at your staff you would come and help diffuse the situation? It didn't happen and that is why she didn't come out or she wasn't there and is trusting the words of the 2 liars which a manager would do i presume? Anyway I must thank them for saving me money, I have decided to order my dog food directly from the supplier so pets at home will now miss £120 per month on food sales, I will also get all of my pets supplies online now which will cost pets at home a few hundred more per year. I will continue to use the vets because the staff there are absolutely amazing! The receptionists at the vets should do a workshop with the groom room to get their customer service sorted. I have worked in hospitality for 25 years, from barman to manager, and know what "abusive, aggressive and swearing" customers are like. I understand more than most about not accepting abuse in the workplace and all I was that day was abruptly and bordering on rude! Avoid this place at all costs,Bodies and her staff are liars! Also their head office still haven't responded to my query either!

  Went to a walk in for a foot trim, was told no availability as was fully booked, asked for a booking slot was told no booking slot needed just walk in, but I have an told can't do it today Saturday as fully booked, so how can they be fully booked if I can't book in? Not very helpful whatsoever

  Avoid at all costs, this groomers lie and are out to just take money from you. Booked us in for a puppy groom which we changed to a full groom as our pup is in desperate need of a cut now at 7months old for them to refuse saying that on the system he misbehaved… however on collecting him from his previous 2 grooms they both told us he had been great. So someone is lying somewhere either on the system or to us when we collected him. His last groom was also not as good as his first and now we feel the just wanted us to come back sooner and pay again. When speaking with them to say he needs a full cut now he is 7months the refused until he had another puppy groom but would then cut him the following day which makes no sense and proves they are out to make more money from customers. The customer service from the staff is disgraceful and the attitude of the staff is disgusting. We will not be using again and will be telling everyone of our experience. Our pup had 3 previous cuts with no issues so was gobsmacked to learn of the note on the system of his behaviour, when we questioned what the misbehaviour was they said it wasn’t stated!!!
