    Awful, dirty place took my older dog here to be groomed couldn’t believe how dirty the place was after using another groomer before, he then caught gastroenteritis and has an eye infection , also took my puppy for a puppy groom said in the description cut around face and hygiene area nothing was cut my dog still can’t see waste of time and money staff not very kind in the there either avoid

    Extremely disappointing place for dog grooming. My dog is 15yrs old, I mean, ok, he can’t stand up all the time as he has weak back legs. And because of that they said they couldn’t be able to do the paws and nails. That’s the first to hear!!! He was not completely dry when I picked him up. And the boogers were still stuck to his eyes. I mean how can you call urself a groomer if you dun really care? Definitely not coming back here AGAIN!

    First puppy groom for my 12 week old collie. Vicky and Chloe made sure Finn was calm and relaxed before they even started the groom. Made him and myself feel comfortable. He came out happy and smelling amazing! Booked his next visit already and wouldn't use anywhere else. And best of all half price with my VIP card and the puppy club
