  I have used this Veterinary Practice for years and can highly recommend them. Very caring and knowledgeable. Reasonably priced and always helpful.

  These people do not care for your pets. They only care about the bottom line, especially since converting to a CVS! Right now, the vet is a messy construction site with no available parking for you to safely take your pets. There's quite literally rubbish everywhere. The noise is stressful for your pets. The waiting room looks like the corridor of a self serve laundry mat. 1 vet (I believe her name is Emily is actually great), the others are inexperienced. Funny how my dog cries seeing anyone else but didn't with Emily because she took the time to not hurt him taking his temperature or when putting a needle inside of him. Additionally, they overpromise and under deliver. If they say you will get something in 24hrs - 48hrs, expect to first chase 4x then get the results in 72hrs. If you don't chase, you probably won't even receive the results days later. That comes after a £700 bill. Oh you have insurance? good luck. You will be waiting weeks until they file your claim. In summary: poor customer service, inexperienced vets, literal construction site of a vet practice, overly expensive. PS they don't take AMEX as well. AVOID.

  I can’t thank this practice enough and thank all the staff running it 24 hours - our little cat was killed suddenly and they were so kind and caring and no unnecessary charges

  Lack of empathy. Took my dog in for emergency check and before understanding the context, first thing she mentioned was that we should consider the dog’s quality. She came across disengaged and uninterested, it was a disappointing experience. I would give 0 star if I could.

  I had an emergency last night with my dog who, it turned out, had a stick wedged at the back of her mouth. I tried a few vets before i got through, all of whom were unhelpful as it was out of hours/she wasn't registered. Despite not being registered there, I phoned and within 20 minutes she was having treatment there, and the day vet team waited around to help her (which saved a fair amount of money!). It was such a relief, and the team were so lovely that I am now registering with them. Couldn't recommend highly enough.
