I understand upsale but not to force customers to buy you r cages. Total disapointment especially making my boy cry. If it was posible i would not give the 1 star rating, it would be more as a 0 stars. The workers inside were scared to touch the hamster and they had to ask for another coleague. No wonder shops are getting closed

THEY ARE SELLING ILL ANIMALS!!
