We had a really difficult time with our whippet after a toe amputation and the kindness and advice from the team was outstanding. Particularly wanted to thank Dan who recommended some great products and tips for settling our dog into a crate and pen and for showing so much care. Even now months later he asks how our dog is doing. The store always has everything we need and its clean with easy parking outside. But the main draw is definitely the kind, knowledgeable and friendly team.

Me and my partner came here yesterday to buy our first pet together, we decided to get two guinea pigs. From the get go we had the best experience from start to finish with the team at redhill pets at home. We were helped by the lovely Alicia who is definitely a guinea pig expert, she took us through absolutely everything we would need to know and made the experience so much more enjoyable. She clearly has a huge love for the animals and the animals themselves were super comfortable with her. No question was too small or silly she had answers to everything and even enjoyed helping us pick a colour scheme for their new home! I highly recommend her to anyone looking to home some new baby piggies. Thank you so much Alicia and if you remember us we have named them copper and rusty! X
