  We moved to Pet Doctors for all our dogs a few years ago and so happy with the professional and trustworthy service we receive. Shout out for Dr Reynolds who has not only diagnosed and treated one of our dogs with Lupus but has also been providing excellent Behavioural guidance and support for one of our Springers. I can't believe how much better and calmer he is after 3 months support. He is starting to live his best life and enjoy his walks x

  I’ve been with Pet Doctors for years, even before they relocated to their current building. Throughout that time, they have always been kind, responsive to calls and emails, and genuinely passionate about animals and their wellbeing. They have consistently been honest and transparent about costs, payment plans, and treatment options for the various animals we have brought to them over the years (dogs, cats, small mammals etc.) Most recently, my dog Enzo had a dental procedure, and the team were fantastic. They kept us updated throughout, provided excellent follow-up care, and most importantly, looked after Enzo incredibly well - he had a great time getting cuddles from everyone. They also take his excitement reactivity around other dogs into consideration and have kindly moved us to a quieter space away from other dogs when needed, which makes a huge difference to both Enzo and me. Parking is easy, which is especially helpful as a newer driver, and the reception team are always welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Thank you to everyone at Pet Doctors for your hard work, dedication, and outstanding care. It is truly appreciated.

  What a great experience received by a great team at the Tongham branch (actually Normandy, Guildford) Collected my dog from a groomer, to find out they had cut her pad on rear paw, which was deep and clearly needed the vet. Turned up with no appointment at 14.53 on a Friday. They saw me by 15.00. Assessment concluded they would need to put sutures in the wound. They didn't have enough staff to carry out the procedure, so contacted another branch and just like that they said I could leave my pet for the procedure and would start as soon as the nurse arrived from the other branch. By 17.20 I got a call saying procedure complete she was ready to collect. What a service, between Imogen, Yana, Joana & Clare, they really went above and beyond for me and my pet, and its refreshing to receive such great service. 10/10 and highly recommended. Thank you all!
