- KCKevin ClarkAug 4, 20261.0Unfortunately I have had many issues of late meaning that I have now left them -totally interested in profit at the expense of delivering a good customer experience - the hassle I have had recently includes their emails not working, implementing a new system which makes ordering repeat prescriptions for drugs from them time consuming and stressful, multiple failures to follow requests to send prescriptions correctly to online pharmacies , rip off drug prices. However the worst experience was the most tasteless of comments when my partners dog was admitted on a Friday with severe stomach issues - she was discharged as had only been put on fluids, only to go downhill again, be admitted to emergency care on the Saturday when scans were done, and she was sadly put down - when challenged they said they had not wanted to do any scans on Friday to 'save us money' - this was a total and utter fabrication this was totally factually incorrect - they told us at the time that they could not find time to scan the poor dog on the day as they were too busy , meaning she suffered for an extra day, with of course vastly increased bills then due to them - avoid at all costs

I left her in the office to check on a possible UTI and she had a thick scab that was healing, but she came out with a horrible gauge on her shoulder that is open and raw. Otherwise seems very good service and team and was easy to get an appointment….however, I cant understand why they would do this without at very least consulting me first. Very upsetting.
