I left her in the office to check on a possible UTI and she had a thick scab that was healing, but she came out with a horrible gauge on her shoulder that is open and raw. Otherwise seems very good service and team and was easy to get an appointment….however, I cant understand why they would do this without at very least consulting me first. Very upsetting.
