All the dog food in here including the special diet ones have chicken.
When I asked for help that I needed something soft without without chicken as my dog with an allergy had just had dental surgery and could not eat their usual food I was told I should not be so fussy.
Not sure how it is possible to have so much in there and still have nothing.
On top of that I dont know how they can still sell so much rawhide when it is know to be bad. It's a shame you cant trust Pets at home and have to resort to ordering online.

We visit mainly for the vets there- Vets at Pets at Home for our cat. We would recommend using the practice for other animals as we have always found them knowledgeable and amenable. It's not a cheap option as you might think but we've always been happy with the service and care.

The timothy hay from here is disgusting. While filling my rabbits cage with hay for them to eat, i found a bird feather straight out the bag. I have also found massive chunks of string in bags.

Normally very friendly staff here but today this was ruined by one exceptionally rude cashier. A very unpleasant experience to be spoken to like that while purchasing from their shop! I’d put it down to the young lady not having received the basic training that covers not being rude to customer spending money. They have a captive market so they don’t need to be courteous, but still I’ll look for an alternative.
