We previously called this branch due to not wanting to travel for no reason as we aren’t local to any branch, they told us they had rabbits for £60, weeks arranged travel excited to get this rabbit, however we got there and was strictly prohibited from buying one single rabbit, was turned away telling me I needed to have two rabbits or I can’t take one. If that’s the case why price your rabbits at £60. It should just state £120 for two rabbits. I also googled and it said at any pets at home store you should not be refused service for just one rabbit. Not impressed, wasted journey and very unhelpful staff.

Friendly staff, and lovely atmosphere. They know what they’re talking about. However, the offerings in store can sometimes be lacking. But the staff are always happy to order in or help out. They make it much better to shop in there.
