- EPEmma PrydeAug 26, 20261.0On the evening of 18th August, we called this hospital regarding our 11-year-old Chihuahua experiencing acute respiratory collapse, he was struggling desperately to breathe, gasping for air, making a funny noise and his tongue had gone blue! Despite explaining that he was suffocating and unable to sustain a long journey, the clinic stated they would not accept him or provide emergency help because he was registered with a different practice. We were instructed to travel to our emergency vet’s nearly an hour away from where we live. Our dog passed away following the delay in receiving emergency care, they do not care about animals
