  My pigeon was classified as wildlife (despite being willing to pay for treatment) I was informed if it arrived it would be euthanised unless picked up by wildlife rescue centre. Regardless of it condition or rehab potential, this is an appalling way to treat an animal that was suffering, to decline its care. Luckily our pigeon went to Harts animal rescue centre and is doing well. My conclusion for this vet is it’s solely focused on money and domestic animals and doesn’t care for anything else. Call yourself vets..

  We have been registered with Phoenix in Camberley for 6 years and have found the team highly professional and polite. Recently we took our cat for a consultation due to a bite that caused an infection. He was treated and cared for exceptionally well by Alex and Michelle.

  We can’t thank Dan enough for the incredible care they’ve given our beloved cat, Kenny. After Kenny was involved in a road traffic accident, we were devastated and terrified he might lose his leg. We had been to other surgeries, been told to put him to sleep or amputation & then Dan came along stating he wanted to try save his leg. Thanks to Dan’s exceptional skill, expertise, and determination, Kenny was able to have surgery that saved his leg. We will always be grateful for everything he has done. From the very beginning, Dan’s warmth, kindness, and calm manner brought us so much reassurance during one of the most frightening experiences we’ve ever been through. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answer every question, and make sure we understood Kenny’s treatment and recovery plan. We always felt that Kenny was in the very best hands, and it was obvious how deeply he cares about both his patients and their owners. After a stressful few days he really made us both at ease & we knew Kenny was in the best hands. A special thank you also to Joanne on reception, who is just absolutely wonderful. Her warmth, kindness, compassion, and support meant so much to us. She greeted us with a smile, took the time to check in on us, and made an incredibly difficult time feel just that little bit easier. People like Joanne make such a difference, and we are so grateful for her genuine care and empathy. Kennys recovery starts here & we’re incredibly thankful he’s been given the chance to heal with his leg intact. We know that without Dan and the amazing team, the outcome could have been very different. The professionalism, compassion, and dedication shown by everyone has been exceptional. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dan and the whole team to anyone looking for veterinary care that combines outstanding expertise with genuine kindness and compassion. Thank you for giving Kenny the best possible chance—we’ll never forget what you’ve done for our family.

  Absolutely 5 star treatment phoned as my dog was poorly was seen straight away the lovely vet Georgia was amazing and Michelle on reception was super helpful and friendly such a lovely vet practice won’t now go anywhere else full trust in them

  Hi Camberley phoenix, Just to say Carol Cooper Bailey's human mum. As always really pleased to see you all again today with Bailey for his 6 month check, he really loves his monthly visits as do I nothing is too much trouble Vet nurse Chloe gave him thorough check over we spoke about weight and how he was generally getting on and yes he is thriving which I'm very pleased about. And Thank you for Michelle and Cerys on reception who are so welcoming Bailey feels straight at ease, he also took a little walk around(cheeky) and found Vet Alex who again he knows from Sandhurst so he was a happy puppy. THANK YOU from Myself and Bailey (woof woof)🐕🙂
