My poor dog looked terrible 😞 I took him to the Taunton Groomers at vets 4 pets and Leah did a amazing job and I was absolutely delighted, my dog looked like a new doggy. They take so much care with him, from scheduling times for him to come in when it is quieter, feeding him treats during his groom and having an extra pair of hands to give him reassurance. Having trust in their handling of him is so important to me and now he loves going in to see Becky, Niamh and all the team.

Collected my dog today...to be told next time I take him he will need to be sedated.....I THINK NOT! NEVER have I had a problem with him, only a couple occasions of not liking the hair dryer which is understandable. No no...this time I was told he was unruly, took THREE of them to restrain him to get his nails 'trimmed' which they didn't touch by the way, he peed himself and went to bite one! I'm not surprised!! Do these idiots get trained to deal with dogs or are they lucky enough to have EVERY dog go in and sit and wait to do as they're told by a stranger. So angry I've had to leave this bad review but I will not be paying £45 for half a job and be told my dog needs to be sedated because of their incompetence!!!! 22 December
