I’ve tried to phone the last 4 days and tried again this morning, 27 times I have rang in the space of 4 days and no answer. I’m beyond furious. Won’t be using this grooming service again.

If you don’t collect your dog at the agreed collection time, there'll be an additional charge of £5 for every 30 minutes we hold your dog after the collection time stated on the grooming contract.
